The diamonds from the mango are suspected to be inside Murari's stomach but that fact is not known to him. This is confirmed to Elaichi and Jijaji when the doctor gives his report on Murari's condition. The doctor gives him medicine which will give him pressure to release whatever is shining inside of him.
