Episode synopsis

Cathy first met Cory in Spanish class, and now more than thirty years later the couple is moving to a Spanish-speaking country. While the couple loves the summers at their home in Lake Tahoe, the winters have been too brutal. After visiting various spots on the Yucatan Peninsula over the years, the couple have decided to start a new adventure in the coastal towns of Tulum or Akumal. The couple have asked broker Judi Shaw to help them find a place with amenities to fit their active lifestyle and an ocean view for under $500,000–or maybe more, if Corey gets his way.
