Episode synopsis
Tyler Florence brings together five of the best chefs in Indianapolis to compete outside of their comfort zones in a Japanese hibachi restaurant. Using this unique style of grill for the first time, they're pushed to the limits with secret ingredients like sweet bourbon and fruity guava paste. In the final round to determine the Bite Club Champ, the two remaining chefs must combine crawfish tails, Yukon gold potatoes and anything else they can find in the best dish possible.
About Bite Club
Each episode of this cooking competition follows Tyler Florence to a new city where he'll pit five of the city's best chefs against each other. They'll arrive prepared to cook in an unknown kitchen, but are greeted with a game of chance that results in three chefs cooking and two chefs becoming the competition's judges.
