Episode synopsis
After renovating their own Atlanta home, Leslie and Tim are ready to flip a fixer-upper. Realtor and flipping expert Egypt Sherrod steps in to guide them through the process. But with the couple's limited budget and search area, finding a viable property proves difficult. Later, Leslie's stealthy negotiation tactics take Egypt by surprise. And with their three sons pitching in, the couple tackles an ambitious renovation on a century-home with good bones. During demolition, Leslie proves she can drive a bulldozer. But when the walls come down, a worried Tim fears the costly project will leave them under water.
