Episode synopsis
YAU TIN is concerned that his father will leave all his money to CHING-MAN, so SNOOPY proposes that YAU TIN could seize the opportunity to attack CHING-MAN after pretending to get close to her. Offering to help CHING-MAN withdraw from running for the by-election, YAU TIN, out of the blue, announces that CHING-MAN is unable to run for the by-election because she is busy preparing for her wedding. Therefore, all of the four senior members of the association unanimously approve to let YAU TIN replace CHING-MAN to run for the by-election. In an attempt to commit suicide, LAI-MAN blames KWOK PO as he fails to live up to his promise to break up with CHING-MAN, so KWOK PO reassures her that he is going to lay it on the line. With YAU TIN and TSOI-YEH confronting each other head-on in the store, neither CHI-WING nor his wife is willing to support TSOI-YEH financially, worrying that he might lose all of his election campaign funds.… ...

When lazy second-generation heir Yau Tin, takes over the grocery store inside the building, he overhauls it and hires all the residents in the building to work there. But soon environmentalist and stock boy, Lam Joi-yeh, leads a revolt against Yau Tin when he puts up a huge poster against the building that affects the residents' quality of life.
