Episode synopsis

Haseena, using her logic, handles the kidnapper quite well, whereby he even agrees to release a few kids, if his demands are fulfilled. But, it is Karishma's brashness that messes up the case totally. When the kidnapper sees her aiming a gun at him, he refuses to cooperate with Haseena any further. Haseena, reaching a dead end in the case, seeks professional help from the police higher authority.

Set in Lucknow, the show revolves around an all-women police station led by four quirky women. Pushpa, the oldest, is a head constable balancing work and family. Karishma, the hot-headed Sub-Inspector, struggles with the station’s reconciliation-driven philosophy. Santosh Sharma, a young recruit, navigates loneliness in the city. Their leader, S.H.O. Haseena Mallik, is witty and romantic, leading by example. Adding an amusing twist, a male constable, Cheetah Chaturvedi, works there and is smitten with Santosh. Together, they tackle unique cases with sensitivity while infusing humor and drama into their daily policing. Pushpa and Karishma’s mother-in-law/daughter-in-law banter adds comedy, while ideological clashes between Haseena and Karishma fuel the drama. The show’s blend of eccentric cases and engaging characters makes for an entertaining and heartfelt story.
