Bulbul Pandey is diverting all his cases to the women's police station that has caused a fall in the efficiency of the station. Karishma plans to solve these cases privately without registering the FIR to help her station edge ahead in the "Best Police Station competition."

Set in Lucknow, the show revolves around an all-women police station led by four quirky women. Pushpa, the oldest, is a head constable balancing work and family. Karishma, the hot-headed Sub-Inspector, struggles with the station’s reconciliation-driven philosophy. Santosh Sharma, a young recruit, navigates loneliness in the city. Their leader, S.H.O. Haseena Mallik, is witty and romantic, leading by example. Adding an amusing twist, a male constable, Cheetah Chaturvedi, works there and is smitten with Santosh. Together, they tackle unique cases with sensitivity while infusing humor and drama into their daily policing. Pushpa and Karishma’s mother-in-law/daughter-in-law banter adds comedy, while ideological clashes between Haseena and Karishma fuel the drama. The show’s blend of eccentric cases and engaging characters makes for an entertaining and heartfelt story.
