As Maddam Sir's mother asks her to get married, she hears the news that Satya has committed suicide. On her way to work, Maddam Sir notices that two men on bikes are following her. What could be the mess that Maddam Sir has gotten herself into?

Set in Lucknow, the show revolves around an all-women police station led by four quirky women. Pushpa, the oldest, is a head constable balancing work and family. Karishma, the hot-headed Sub-Inspector, struggles with the station’s reconciliation-driven philosophy. Santosh Sharma, a young recruit, navigates loneliness in the city. Their leader, S.H.O. Haseena Mallik, is witty and romantic, leading by example. Adding an amusing twist, a male constable, Cheetah Chaturvedi, works there and is smitten with Santosh. Together, they tackle unique cases with sensitivity while infusing humor and drama into their daily policing. Pushpa and Karishma’s mother-in-law/daughter-in-law banter adds comedy, while ideological clashes between Haseena and Karishma fuel the drama.
