When Billu asks Maddam Sir to return his money that she had borrowed the previous day, Haseena is confused as she can't recollect taking any money from him. Later, a man walks into the police station and claims to have met her earlier, whereas Haseena can't seem to recall this person by any means. About Maddam Sir

Set in Lucknow, the show revolves around an all-women police station led by four quirky women. Pushpa, the oldest, is a head constable balancing work and family. Karishma, the hot-headed Sub-Inspector, struggles with the station’s reconciliation-driven philosophy. Santosh Sharma, a young recruit, navigates loneliness in the city. Their leader, S.H.O. Haseena Mallik, is witty and romantic, leading by example. Adding an amusing twist, a male constable, Cheetah Chaturvedi, works there and is smitten with Santosh. Together, they tackle unique cases with sensitivity while infusing humor and drama into their daily policing. Pushpa and Karishma’s mother-in-law/daughter-in-law banter adds comedy, while ideological clashes between Haseena and Karishma fuel the drama.
