UK’s Strongest Man is back! Staged over 3 days, its regarded as the hardest Strongman competition in the world! Sixteen of the nation’s best strongmen descend on the amazing Stadium MK in Milton Keynes in a bid to win the title. Wales’s Gavin Bilton is reigning champion, but with former UK Champion Pa O’Dwyer and Scottish Giant Andy Black in the star-studded line up, it’s anyone’s title to win. Three days of unbelievably heavy events await them, including The Truck Push, Car Roll Stairs and everyone’s favourite, The Atlas Stones.

It’s the final of The Gorilla Glue UK’s Strongest Man at Stadium MK, Milton Keynes; Event One sees the strongmen pushing a truck; the Brick Deadlift is the second test of the day.
3. Episode 3

The eight men in Group A have become six after two got eliminated. It’s another elimination day, with the bottom two athletes in each group being eliminated from the competition.

Action from the Group B semi-final at Stadium MK in Milton Keynes, as six competitors battled it out for a place in the final in gruelling disciplines including the Atlas Stones, Titanic Compass and Truck Pull.
