About
Set in the turbulent times of South Korea between the ’80s and ’90s, it depicts the fierce life, revenge, and conflict of young people who have to pursue power and wealth by any means in an era filled with wrong social values. Lee Doo Hak is a young man who was born in a small city in Jeolla Province and grew up innocent with a clever brain. However, he fatefully becomes caught in a whirlpool of events and ends up in the middle of conflict. Season 1
Episode 1
In an era of upheaval like burning thirst, Du-Hak and Cheol-Woong's passion in front of the Namhae Yeosu Theater is questioned. That's how the two young men first met a high school girl. And the first meeting of the three begins!
Episode 2
It's pouring rain in front of Yeosu Hospital, where Young-Tak who is unconscious after being hit by a rock doesn't wake up, Cheol-Woong begs Doo-Hak to confess his crime. Du-Hak, who is in prison, tells Jung-Shin who came to visit "You are worse off". Time flies, Cheol-Woong who is a university student is beaten by Baekgoldan during a demonstration, but who saves him...

Cheol-Woong gets beat up by the security team and becomes a spy. After getting out of prison, Doo-Hak joined a building fraud syndicate. Jung-Shin works together and becomes under Cha Geum-Ok, a theater owner in Seoul. Meanwhile, Yeo-Jin moves to Seoul with the help of Hwang Choong-Sung.
Episode 4
That's how Jung-Shin shouts at Du-Hak who barges into the set and acts as a thug. Du-Hak works with his former prison friends and works with Yeom Kwang-Tak's organization. Then there is Yeo-Jin who opens a Paris Salon and enjoys her time with Choong-Sung. Meanwhile, Cheol-Woong's feelings for Jung-Shin have not gone away.

Du-Hak's sister gets involved in a workers' protest. Du-Hak who was involved to clean up the problem was confused about what he should do. Cheol-Woong, who became a prosecutor, tries to get away from Oh Man-Ok, but Man-Ok tries to use Cheol-Woong's spy skills again. Even worse, they hear the news about Jung-Shin's kidnapping!

Du-Hak defeats Young-Pil in an unimaginable way, and even immobilizes Gwang-Tak. Cheol-Woong borrows Man-Ok's power to save Jung-Shin, and Du-Hak has no choice but to watch the events unfold. After a long time, the three of them gathered at a restaurant. Cheol-Woong declares war, saying that he will challenge Jung-Shin to be his girlfriend!

After seeing Choi Young-Sik's diagnosis of 'non-obstructive Azoospermia', Chung-Seong is convinced that Cheol-Woong is his son. He spends the night with Yeo-Jin, to confirm their love again.

Du-Hak becomes in charge of his organization and takes over the reconstruction work. She sets her wedding date with Jung-Shin and matches the wedding dress. Hearing the news, Cheol-Woong's heart burned. Meanwhile Chung-Seong and Yeo-Jin are also preparing for their wedding.
