Mother-daughter real estate team Donna and Shannon Freeman take a tough-love approach with sellers who haven't been able to find buyers for their homes, sizing up the properties and then presenting must-do lists designed to maximize the appeal and value of the homes. The duo takes a no-holds-barred approach to make sure the sellers don't leave any money on the table at closing.
