De-spite her Maori boyfriend, Ari’s efforts to help her, Aisyah struggles to move on when faced with her past. Meanwhile, her colleague, Fizah, has taken her spot in the restaurant after impressing Chef Tay, who is looking for a protege to open a new restaurant with.
