In their search for the other rad teen, Lawrence and Waldon knock over a can of paint which is revealed to contain Jamal, now a genie, who offers the pair 3 wishes, one of which is used to travel 20 years into the future, 2005.

While Jamal explains the situation to him Waldon grows more and more upset with the loss of his friend as Lawrence pieces together what happened.
