When the daughter Kikunosuke asks Ryo to teach her about honor and the Japanese way, the Hanafubuki Gumi hoodlums return and kidnaps Otora. Ryo and Kikunosuke must rescue her and Ryo learns that Kikunosuke is the daughter of the leader of the Hanafubuki Gumi.

Little do the three of them know that Mariko has been targeted by Yakuza after stealing a piece of jewelry containing secret files from a daughter of a Yakuza boss.

Kaori has a recurring nightmare regarding Ryo's impending death. Meanwhile, Umibozu narrowly escapes death at the hands of three siblings who are powerful assassins hired by the Lodos Mafia. Badly shaken and wounded, Umibozu tries to find Ryo. At the same time, Saeko and Reika hire Ryo to help them bust a smuggling ring headed by the Lodos Mafia at a large masquerade. The three assassin siblings notice and decide to use this to their advantage. Their target: to kill Ryo by using Kaori Makimura as a hostage.
