The hunt requires many steps up and down steep paths, and the legs quickly become heavy. But that's nothing compared to the challenge of even getting a hit on the bird. Because if they miss the shot, it's not a delicious chicken dish that's on the menu, but a portion of smooth, slimy sea snails.
2. A Mouflon in Spain

The adventure continues in the Spanish mountains, where Jørgen and Nikolaj are hunting for the elusive mouflon. The hunt requires patience, long hikes and a keen eye, because the mouflon does not stay close. Along the way, the two mountaineers try to take part in the relaxed, Spanish lifestyle with long breaks and a leisurely pace - but it quickly turns out that it is not as easy as they think. And if the hunt is not successful, it is at a standstill, which is definitely not something they want.
3. A Seagull in Horsens

Jørgen and Nikolaj have gone to Horsens to help regulate the city's cheeky seagulls, who scream from morning to night and steal food from the local Horsensians. To get right under the feathers of their prey, they also try to live like a seagull - from the quayside to the city's rooftops. But the seagull life is not for the faint of heart, and if the mission fails, they have to sink their teeth into a chicken with blue meat.
4. A Sea Trout on Sprogø

Roughly in the middle of Denmark lies Sprogø - and here Jørgen and Nikolaj cast their line together for the last time. The dream is to bring home a sea trout. But this trip is something very special: It is Jørgen's last hunt with Nikolaj. They share the silence, the wind and the memories of the years together - and of course also make sure to keep their palates moist with cold beer. But the sea trout is capricious, and if it fails to appear, the journey ends with mysterious remains from the bottom of a sinister freezer.
