Bryan Baeumler is used to assisting DIYers, but now he's building his own family home from scratch in six months. In this show, his skills are put to the test as he and his wife Sarah work through different visions and miscalculations to create a home of their dreams.

A sudden and unexpected trip pulls Bryan off site for a week. When Bryan returns Sarah and Adam show him the fruits of their labour with some sour results.
