Mountain rescue volunteers, paramedics and fellow hikers race to save the life of a walker who has plummeted 100 feet from a rock stack in the Peak District. A young moped rider is knocked off his bike and fellow drivers rush to his aid.

A young man is thrown from his motorbike, hitting his head hard on a tree stump. His father dials 999, and an air ambulance crew races to the scene. Elsewhere, tension mounts when the crew aboard a British yacht are surrounded by a pod of killer whales.

A seven-year-old girl dials 999 from the back seat of her mother’s car as Mum is desperately struggling to breathe. A major rope rescue is launched when a climber plunges down a rocky cliff face, severely injuring his leg.

Three siblings battle to save the life of their father, who has suffered a heart attack in the garden. A rally cross driver and his navigator have a lucky escape when their rally car barrel-rolls after taking off from a jump at high speed.
