The stitches from his last sutures aren't removed yet. Peggy gets admitted with a severe infection. Her body barely fights it, since Peggy has cancer and the treatment ruined her immune system.

Frans is experiencing severe stomach aches. He's been battling Crohn's disease for years, but this pain might have a psychological cause.
