Elsewhere, Dr William Laird must break the news of stomach cancer to his patient, and a man suffering with throat cancer recounts a recent ordeal which left him hospitalised. Plus, a young man seeks Dr Chris Pearce's advice on various conflicting reports on his fertility.

Lucy worries that her bloated stomach is ovarian cancer, but Dr Morris thinks the culprit is more likely to be broccoli.
